1. Acceptance of Terms

NoWebFinder ("the Service") is operated by Ace Digital Network (acedigitalnetwork.com). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoWebFinder is a lead-generation platform that queries publicly available Foursquare data to identify local businesses that do not have an active website. The Service is intended for use by web professionals, agencies, and freelancers seeking prospective clients.

3. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed only when a business without a verified website is returned in a search result.
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits do not expire.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing credits you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
We reserve the right to change credit pricing with at least 14 days' notice posted on the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) to businesses found through the platform.
Scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service without written permission.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security feature of the Service.
Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Create multiple accounts to abuse free features or trial limits.

5. Data Accuracy

Business data is sourced from Foursquare and website verification is performed in real-time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data returned by the Service. Website status may change at any time and our verification reflects the state at the time of the search.

6. Intellectual Property

The NoWebFinder platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Ace Digital Network and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce the platform's UI or branding without express written consent.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for Terms violations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Digital Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Ace Digital Network operates, as applicable.
